LJ is a Licensed Associate Counselor who provides clients with an empathetic, non judgemental, and culturally competent space to explore their strengths and values while addressing current and past challenges. He treats clients presenting with a variety of mental health struggles including anxiety and depression, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship stress.

 

LJ has an eclectic treatment approach drawing from multiple modalities, including but not limited to client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and reality therapy. He aims to guide clients to achieve their personal goals, while providing psychoeducation on treatment strategies, cultural factors, and other variables that contribute to one’s presenting concern.
